Is it possible to book a bi-weekly or weekly sessions instead of a longer monthly one?
We are happy to come biweekly or weekly. We do have a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
Would it be the same person coming each time, and would you come see the house/meet us in advance?
We do have the same person come each time unless they are ill or away on holidays. When that occurs we offer another staff member or you can cancel that service with no charge.
And for cleaning, would you bring your own supplies and equipment?
For cleaning we supply all equipment and products. We use All Purpose Cleaner, Windex, Mr. Clean and Dawn and Vinegar. We are also happy to use products are clients supply if you would prefer that.
If you have high end furnishings such as granite, marble, copper etc. we ask that you supply the cleaning products and instructions.
Do you do in home sonsultations so we can walk through our home and discuss services?
Yes we do in home consultations and would love to meet you and your family. We charge $50.00 for the consultation and if you take on our services we deduct the $50.00 off your first invoice.
We are a small company and work dillengtly to look after our clients on a personal level. We also customize our services to meet the needs of each of our clients and their families.
